    The Department was founded in 2006. The Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) program in Computer Science and Engineering, offered by the Department, with an intake of 180 students, is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. The courses in the program enable students to build their character. The objective of the program is to build well human with strong character and responsible to the society. We offer a lot of flexibility in specializations which promote design, innovations and entrepreneurial skills, and are supported by highly experienced and research oriented faculty.

    Projects Based Learning

    The students are encouraged to take up challenging projects of practical relevance as part of their curriculum. In the beginning of the seventh semester, the students can choose their projects either from amongst those suggested by the Department or of their own. The Department sponsors the visits of the students to industries and national laboratories, if required, for the selection of projects. Thus, most of the students of the Department choose implementation based projects.   At the outset of the project, the students make a preliminary analysis of the problem and are given a choice to select their project guides. At the end of the semester, the students are required to submit the software requirement specification and the design document.     Faculty of the department are training the students on recent and demanding technologies. They are actively engaged in the various thrust areas.

    1.      Mobility

    The platform where organizations needed to develop, deploy and manage mobile apps are made from many components and tools which allow a developer to write test and deploy applications into the target platform environment. Research initiatives have made possible the development of cross platforms apps. The peoples working in the area are always challenged by the fascinating demand and uniqueness of the idea.

    2.      Data Science

    Data science is a multidisciplinary blend of data inference, algorithm development, and technology in order to solve analytically complex problems. The data scientists help the industry in making better decisions based on historical evidences. The applications ranges from healthcare to banking, its almost everywhere. Recently studies in the area are going on emotion classification from videos, Sentiment analysis and Disease prediction etc.

    3.      Block Chain

    It is digitized, decentralized, public ledger of all financial transactions. The use of cryptocurrencies and evolution of peer-to-peer computing has made it essential the adoption of block chain technology in variety of domains.  The application ranges from supply chain management, insurance sector to healthcare. The researchers are working to develop standard solutions specific to a sector such as supply chain management. One such initiative is Hyperledger technology by Linux foundation.

    4.      Cyber Security

    It has become essential and hard to manage the one’s life and businesses.                      The solutions developed so far are becoming obsolete and not suffice to control the entity. Presently solutions equipped with AI are required to enhance and automate the designed scripts. Researchers are working on to propose AI and Deep learning based solutions to manage fast changing scenarios in domain.

    The ECE department was established in the year 2009 with the main aim  to be more responsive and more responsible towards society, towards nature for an amiable existence. Ability to communicate all types of information from any place, any time is changing society from Information age to Intelligent age. As an engineer to be relevant, great efforts will be needed in every sub branch of this discipline, be it Communication, Embedded, VLSI or Biomedical. Electronics is touching every aspect of everyday life. Today the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at ITS Greater Noida, has evolved and developed in to one of the top colleges for Engineering in India.     v  Summer Internship: - After completion of sixth semester, students are sent for summer internship for six to eight week of duration in a reputed industries. They carry out detailed study of the industry and under an industry guide. This is arranged by the college for every student.

    The EEE department was established in the year 2006 with the goal to sharpen the skills of the students and grooming them to become a confident engineer, ready to face the corporate world outside. The department offers four year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) program (comprising of eight semesters) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. EE is the basic course, but with advancement of Electrical Technology based on electronics, EE coursework is modified to EEE. This stream is recognized worldwide for its flexibility and academic excellenceThe curriculum of B.Tech program comprises of core courses, department elective courses, open electives, seminar, laboratory experiments and projects.
